How to Import Your Catalog into Store Admin

Follow these exact instructions to import your generated CSV and images without errors.

Open Products Import

In your Shopify Admin, click Products on the left sidebar, then click the Import button in the top right corner.

Upload products.csv

Click Add file, select the generated products.csv, and check "Overwrite any current products that have the same handle" if updating.

Confirm & Import

Click Upload and continue. Preview the sample row, click Import products, and Shopify will download your images automatically!

Shopify Image Note: If you selected Hosted Image URLs mode, Shopify downloads images directly into your store CDN during the import. If you downloaded the image package, upload the files to Content > Files in Shopify.

Open Product Importer

In WordPress Admin, navigate to Products > All Products and click the Import button near the top title.

Choose CSV File

Click Choose File and select products.csv. Check "Update existing products" if you have matching SKUs.

Run Importer

Click Continue. All WooCommerce column mappings are pre-matched. Click Run the importer and your store will populate!

WooCommerce Image Note: Hosted Image URLs will be automatically fetched and imported into your WordPress Media Library with full gallery support.
